The King of the Palm Desert returns to London. Desertscene are thrilled to once again be playing host to the guru of groove, John Garcia. Undoubtedly one of the most influential and respected musicians in the stoner rock world, John Garcia has a history of acts under his belt that few can hold a torch to.
The founding father of genre defining bands such as Kyuss and Slo Burn will play an exclusive, un-plugged set at The Underworld, Camden on December 3rd. This intimate event will delve into an acoustic history like no other, paying homage to a lifelong career with songs from the likes of VISTA CHINO, UNDIA, KYUSS and HERMANO. Continuing to offer up un-paralleled musicianship with his recent solo venture, it’s safe to say John Garcia is finally letting his vocals do all the talking.
Joined by special guests Bellhound Choir, the new psychedelic, dark roots solo project from Christian Hede Madsen (Pet The Preacher)
