Desertscene are proud to announce The Vintage Caravan will be coming to The Borderline on Saturday 10th November alongside yet to be announced support.

Hailing from Iceland, a nation which is swiftly challenging Sweden’s crown as most musically gifted nation, The Vintage Caravan have been purveyors of psychedelic wares since 2006 with their retro infused rock ‘n’ roll. Giving off more warmth than their nation’s volcanic springs, their self-titled release from 2009 runs the gambit from the spaced out edges of psych through the swampy tones of blues rock whilst passing through elements of stoner rock. Their second and third full lengths, Voyage and Arrival, released 2012 and 2015 respectively, expanded on the sound, with a clearer and more concise set of tracks that sound absolutely killer live.

With the band’s 4th album, Gateways, released in August 2018 in plenty of time for the show, is set to be a further exploration into the bluesy psych world that The Vintage Caravan have crafted.
