Desertscene are proud to announce that Sweden's Troubled Horse will be charging through The Dev on July 22nd with unconfirmed supports for a free show.

Hailing from Örebro, Sweden - a town which birthed such bands as Asteroid and Truckfighters - would mean living in a huge shadow for most bands; not for Troubled Horse.

A band who feature three of the original members of Witchcraft, Troubled Horse possess a foot-stomping garage-driven energy that is hard to ignore. At their core, Troubled Horse feels like MC5 through a contemporary filter, though they are not adverse to throw in the edges of early US doom, or even hints of Deep Purple; all whilst feeling fresh and unique. Having waited 9 years before releasing their debut full length, Step Inside, and a further five for its follow up, last year's Revolution on Repeat, what we're left with is a honed collection of tracks with all the raw energy to shake The Dev from its foundations.
